Tom brings deep expertise in finance, business management, growth strategy, and operational leadership. Having worked across multiple industries and ownership structures managing M&A, business startup, business scaling as well as crisis management, he specialises in helping organisations scale effectively — aligning commercial goals, financial discipline, and human capability.
At VeriGroup, Tom oversees the financial and operational management of the business as well as the collaborative design and delivery of the VeriPlay and VeriPitch scenarios. Tom is also an Insights Discovery Practitioner and leads the integration of Insights into delivery of our programmes.

Andrew Jackson-Proes

Andrew is a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and executive-level sales capability. Over his career, he has held senior commercial roles across a range of industries, leading high-performing teams and navigating complex customer and stakeholder relationships.
At VeriGroup, Andrew manages the Customer Success and Delivery of programmes as well as using his years of experience to lead the diagnostic and strategic side of the business: designing frameworks, uncovering commercial insights, and ensuring every engagement translates into measurable business impact.

Lou Lloyd-Williams
– VeriPlay Coordinator
Seamlessly coordinating and supporting the VeriPlay journey.
Lou is the linchpin of the VeriPlay experience — ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication and a highly professional experience for both our clients and our VeriPlayers.
With over two decades supporting senior leaders, Lou brings deep operational expertise and a people-centric approach to every engagement. She has built her career as an Executive Assistant and business support professional at the highest level, becoming the trusted right-hand to leaders. Alongside this, Lou holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), giving her a strong foundation in people development, learning design and organisational effectiveness.
In her role at VeriGroup, Lou manages the VeriPlay scheduling and coordination process end-to-end. That includes aligning calendars across internal teams and external participants, briefing players, troubleshooting logistics, and acting as the main point of contact for any administrative needs. Her structured approach and calm professionalism mean the complex choreography of high-level role play runs smoothly for everyone involved.
