Tom Fitzgerald

Founder

Tom brings deep expertise in finance, business management, growth strategy and operational leadership. Having worked across multiple industries and ownership structures — managing M&A, start-ups, scaling and crisis management — he specialises in helping organisations scale effectively, aligning commercial goals, financial discipline and human capability.

At VeriGroup, Tom oversees financial and operational management, and the collaborative design of the VeriPlay scenarios. He is also an Insights Practitioner and leads the integration of Insights into delivery.

Andrew Jackson-Proes

Founder

Andrew is a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, customer engagement and executive-level sales capability. Across his career he has held senior commercial roles in a range of industries, leading high-performing teams and navigating complex customer and stakeholder relationships.

At VeriGroup, Andrew leads Customer Success and programme delivery, and uses his experience to drive the diagnostic and strategic side of the business — designing frameworks, uncovering commercial insight and ensuring every engagement translates into measurable impact.
